We Love What We Do

Those who knew him long before Aiolou 68 and Gidi, know that the talented Vassilis Akrivos, the cook-owner of Psariston, is never going to stumble in one place.

For almost a month now he sailed for Santorini and "occupied" the dreamy beach of Vlychada, the joy of scuba divers, a wonderful sandy beach next to the old tomato factory, where he sets up a beautiful and atmospheric beach restaurant-bar at night.

We have no doubt that before it even opened it had already taken care to find its ends with the fishermen of the island.

There he serves the funky street food that he loves. Exuberant burgers and cubanos, pizza with tuna sashimi, meats and of course everything exquisite from the sea.

Daily lunch, dinner, happy hour.
